Performance management is a systematic process that helps an organization achieve its mission and strategic goals. The purpose of this training is to help people understand performance management and how to develop successful performance management systems. Learners will become oriented with the basics of performance management and receive tools to apply performance management principles in their agencies or organizations. 

After completing the course, learners will receive a certificate of completion.
