Why be a reviewer?

The Learning Navigator relies on a structured and validated peer review process to guarantee the quality and integrity of all learning materials featured. Reviewers evaluate training using the Quality Standards for Training Design and Delivery to ensure every training meets the Learning Navigator’s standard of quality.  Learn more about the Quality Review Process.

Becoming a reviewer provides public health professionals and training developers experience in assessing an creating quality online learning opportunities.  As a Learning Navigator Reviewer, you will:

  • Learn how to identify quality characteristics in online learning;

  • Strengthen your current public health skills and deepen your knowledge;

  • Support the enhancement and advancement of quality of online training; and

  • Earn CPH continuing education credits for each training reviewed.
